遊行起因：
......Causes for the event:
在7.25 上水漁護狗房集會兩天前，曾向漁護署發出通牒，即4個目
標和5個建議尚未得到回覆，對方祇有在集會時派員接信，
至今仍未就集會作個別覆，所以事件未解決，我祇能發起更
大型的遊行活動。
Our group sent our original 4 objectives and 5 demands to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department(AFCD) on 23rd July, 2010, (2 days before the 7.25 Protest at Sheung Shui Dog Kennel). However, the AFCD did not give any official anawer to our action. We regard that the negligence of animal welfare of the AFCD is not dealt investigated. Therefore, we will strike another deliberate protest.

Participants with their accompanied pets can gather on the pavement outside the garden.
衣著：黑色衣著（貫徹上次7.25的決心，表達漁護黑箱
作業，無法無天）
Participants could dress in black to represent the contempt to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) which exhibits its brutality and red-tape toward the animals.
籌委：議「動物友善政策」義工組（即將成立）
Advocated by a group of volunteers pressing the government for a comprehensive and effective “Animal Protection Constitution”.
目標：
Objectives:
１）「以絕育代替殺戮」 - 譴責漁護署長期使用不當手段處理流浪動物，盡快落實「捕
捉、絕育、放回」(TNR)政策。
1) "Sterilization instead of killing" - condemn the AFCD long-term use of improper method when dealing with stray animals, implementation of "Trap-Neuter-Return" (TNR) policy ASAP.
２）「收緊動物售賣/ 繁殖法例」 - 規管因售賣及繁殖而惹起的遺棄動物問題。引入動物團體參
與法例修訂前之咨詢及通過，先由貓、狗、兔、流浪牛、寵
物鼠及非食用爬蟲類開始。
2) "Tightening the animal selling and breeding law" - to regulate the selling and breeding of animal for the issue of abandoned animals. Introduce animal groups to participate in consultation before passing the legislative amendments, begin with cats, dogs, rabbits, cattle, pet mice and non-food pet reptiles.
３）「檢視漁護署的動物認養政策」- 成立專責部門處理漁護署中的動物領養。
3) "View of the AFCD animal adoption policy" - set up a special department dealing with the AFCD's animal adoption.
４）「撥款支持動物福利」 - 動物拯救工作舉步為艱，促請政府增撥資源予動物機構或志
願人士，夥漁護署及志願團體商議＜動物友善政策計劃之撥
款申請＞的可行性。
4) "Funding for animal welfare" - the work of animal rescue is very difficult, it is necessary to urge the Government to allocate more resources to animal groups or volunteers, and to discuss the feasibility of funding application of "Animal-friendly policy schemes" with AFCD
５）夥漁護署及警方，仿效美國成立動物警察，以專家小組
形式處理虐畜。
5) Follow the example of the United States to set up "Animal Police" with AFCD and police to deal with animals abuse in groups of experts.
